Our 6-Week Strength & Conditioning Program for grades 5-7 is the perfect introduction to the weight room for young athletes. Designed to build confidence, foundational strength, and athletic skills, this program focuses on teaching proper mechanics and techniques in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Speed Development: Learn proper running mechanics to build a strong foundation for speed and agility.
Mobility: Improve flexibility, strength, and control through a full range of motion with structured warm-ups and cool-downs.
